Intelligent Mail Lockers NAVSUP Multiple Locations This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville will be posting a Limited Source Justification to purchase Pitney Bowes Intelligent Lockers that are compatible with Pitney Bowes SendSuite Tracking Software. The Government is looking for sources to determine whether there are potentially qualified BUSINESS concerns that have partnered with Pitney Bowes to provide Intelligent Lockers or similar systems that are compatible with Pitney Bowes SendSuite Tracking Software as described in the DRAFT Description of Requirement (DOR) provided as an attachment. The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 333318, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. 5) A page(s) containing the partnering agreement with Pitney Bowes. In addition, this statement “must” show that offerors equipment (Intelligent Lockers) are compatible with SendSuite Tracking Software. Proof of compatibility must be ADHERED and documentation must be presented to show proof of compatibility. Those firms interested in providing information in response to this sources sought are requested to provide the above information to Jacklyn Roberts at jacklyn.roberts@navy.mil by 9:00 am EST, 14 September 2020. The subject line of the e-mail shall read: Intelligent Mail Lockers-Sources Sought. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length.
