Sources Sought Synopsis machining of Trident Refit Facility Kings Bay-provided tubing material into standards for the Eddy Current Tube Analysis inspection of R-114 condensers. This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing removal and installation of Air Compressors as described in the DRAFT Description of Requirement (DOR) provided as an attachment. The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 334515: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1) Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, DUNS number and NAICS. 2) Size of business - Large Business or Small Business. If small please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. 4) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length.
