The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement for an Aircraft Tire Bead Breaker. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Aircraft Tire Bead Breaker to Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Detachment Key West Tire Shop, Florida. The bead breaker is required for maintenance on large aircraft tires such as, P-3, P-8, C-40, and C-130. The Aircraft Tire Bead Breaker model 667R1100A/NSN 4910-00-121-8577. An accessory tool equipment or ground support equipment with: Breaking Capacity: 25,200 LBS. Operating Pressure: 1,500 PSI. Air Pressure: 100 PSI. Air Volume: 80 SCFM. Can handle Tires with a rim diameter of 16.75” to 35”and up to 18 inches in width. Support equipment shall be Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) certified IAW SERD # 1045, which is included in attachments.
