Award will not be delayed waiting for vendor certifications. Responses must include documentation that demonstrates the vendor is an 1) authorized Motorola Service Partner and 2) authorized to perform upgrade and sustainment services on the Motorola system at NSA Orlando. Responses that do not include the aforementioned authorizations will be considered non-responsive. Short Title: Naval Support Activity (NSA) Orlando Motorola APX8500 base station radio 1. Place of Performance: NSA Orlando 2. Period of Performance: Base station delivery and installation shall be completed within 45 days of receipt of order 3. Specifications:The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to furnish and install a base station radio to NSA Orlando, FL, as defined in this DOR. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, Florida State Law(s), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Navy and installation regulations. The Contractor shall deliver and install a new base station radio that will be located in the Security Dispatch Office, first floor of the Flores building at NSA Orlando, FL 32826. The base station delivery and installation shall be completed within 45 days of receipt of order All equipment must be new and come with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
