Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL has a requirement for Medical and Public Affairs Photography Support services for the Naval Hospital, Jacksonville, FL. The requirement is for a wide variety of medical and public affairs photography support using various digital (still and video) formats and graphics software for commercial, editorial, and medical applications. This includes patient medical and legal photography, digital photography to include macro photography, scientific and technical photography (ex: forensic, ceremonies, command portraits, special events, customer service, residency graduations and historic documentations) for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). A Sources Sought Notice was posted under N6883620OIGE on 31 July 2020 requesting small business industry interest and capability statements. Based on the responses from the notice, it was determined that the requirement should be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small businesses with the specialized experience and qualifications required by the request for quotation may submit a quote to be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541922 with a small business size standard of $8M. The request for quotation will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract and will contain a period of performance that consists of a (1) one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. This will be an electronic request for quotation, which will be available via beta.SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov no earlier than 15 days from this pre-solicitation posting. The Government does not anticipate issuing hard copies of the solicitation or amendments (if any).
