NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is seeking sources to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL Business concerns to include: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business and women-owned small business concerns that are capable of providing laundry/linen support services as specified in the Draft Performance Work Statement. The required services shall be performed at Naval Health Clinic Charleston, Goose Creek, SC. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offeror’s for market research purposes ONLY and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for Small Businesses. NAICS Code: 812320, Dry-cleaning and Laundry Service (except coin-operated). Description/Scope of Work: See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (Subject to Change). It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code of R209/Dry-cleaning and laundry and NAICS Code of 812320 with a size standard of $6.0 million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman Font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the Company’s Name, Address, CAGE Code, DUNS number, Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS code 493110, Business Size/Socio-economic Status, Government Business Point of Contact’s Name, Phone number and Email address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) requirements for access to military sites/property/installation. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought notice or any follow-up information requests. No Telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted as this is not a solicitation.
