This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to determine the availability of potential sources for Crane Maintenance Services which support Trident Refit Facility (TRF)Submarine Refits . This is to procure the following service in regards to the up-grades on 84-00005 portal crane. Contractor is to REPLACE and upgrade the following in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturer's specifications: EMCP CONTROLS AND GOVERNOR UPGRADE KIT GOVERNOR UPGRADE AND ASSOCIATED PARTS A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Statement of Work (SOW). As part of its market research, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of contractors capable of fulfilling the Government’s requirements. The Government may use the responses to this notice for information and planning purposes. The SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of service and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any future Request for Quotes (RFQ). Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via the submission of a capability statement and details of the services offered. Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information. Submissions should include the following information: (1) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email address; (2) Contractor CAGE Code; (3) Business size - Large Business, Small Business, 8(a) participant, HUBZone, Women-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned; (4) Salient characteristics of the services offered, in accordance with the attached SOW. Submissions are not to exceed 10 pages in length. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted with the response.
