NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 21 May 2020. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 30 September 2020 – 29 September 2021 with one six-month option. The PSC Code is U099. The NAICS Code is 611699, with a size standard of 12.0 (millions of dollars). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist / Certified Athletic Trainer (CSCS/ATC) to oversee an approved physical fitness program titled the EOD and Diver Human Performance Program (designed by EXOS) for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD), Panama City, Florida. The solicitation will be available on or about 21 May 2020 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and BETA SAM Website at: https://www.betasam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or BETA SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
