NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 2 March 2020. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 11 March 2020 through 9 September 2020. The FSC Code is S209. The NAICS Code is 315990, with a size standard of 500 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide ceremonial uniform construction services for the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron Pensacola, Florida. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ceremonial uniforms construction at Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL or at the vendor location as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 2 March 2020 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS Website at: https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. Inquiries and questions for the RFQ shall be in writing and emailed to the Contract Specialist at: Dedsy Lascano at dedsy.lascano@navy.mil by 4 March 2020 1:00 PM System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory and must be listed as a small business under NAICS Code 315990. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
