NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 27 February 2020. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 9 March 2020 through 8 September 2020. The FSC Code is S209. The NAICS Code is 315990, with a size standard of 500 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide uniform alterations services for the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron Pensacola, Florida. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ceremonial uniforms alterations at Naval Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 March 2020 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS Website at: https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
