Only capable 8(a) participant firms are currently sought for this requirement. This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to determine the availability of potential sources for Commercial SharePoint Support Services to Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), Naval Station Mayport, FL. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated, for one base year and four option years. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). As part of its market research, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this SSN to determine the availability of contractors (large and small) capable of fulfilling the Government’s requirements. The Government may use the responses to this SSN for information and planning purposes. The material description describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of supplies and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in any Request for Quotes (RFQ). Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this SSN via the submission of a capability statement. Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information. Submissions should include the following information: (1) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email address; (2) Contractor CAGE Code; (3) Business size - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), HubZone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned; (4) Salient characteristics of the services offered, in accordance with the attached SOW. Submissions are not to exceed 8 pages in length. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted with the response.
