SOURCES SOUGHT, NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is seeking sources to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns to include: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns that are capable of providing Warehouse Support Services as specified in the Draft Performance Work Statement. This required services shall be performed at Naval Station, Mayport, Florida. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for market research purposes only and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS to include: Small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. NAICS Code: 493110, General Warehousing and Storage Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. (Subject to change) It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of S215/Warehousing and Storage Services, and NAICS Code of 493110 with a size standard of $30.0 million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the Company’s Name, Address, CAGE Code, DUNS number, Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, NAICS code 493110, Business Size/Socio-economic Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) requirements for access to military sites/property/ installations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted as this is not a solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted by 2:00 P.M. EST, 10 February 2020. Any questions about the Performance Work Statement must be submitted in writing to vanessa.rodgers1@navy.mil.
