The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement for Telecommunication Services. The Contractor provides Base Telecommunication Services (BCO) in Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Texas from 01 April 2020 - 30 March 2025. The Contractor Shall Provide Base Communications Services to Navy shore activities, home ported and visiting fleet units, and authorized non-Navy activities in the vicinity and outlining sites of Naval Air Stations Forth Worth, Texas. BCO functions include the administration of the AVAYA Option 81C (CS1000), Call Pilot Messaging System, base inside and outside cable plants (ISP/OSP), coordinating, and consolidating telecommunications service requirements for new and existing customers. With the diversity, expansion, and increasing sophistication of telecommunications technology, the BCO shall be capable of providing modern telecommunications support for new and existing subscribers in all areas of telecommunications including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, operations, and maintenance as specified in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). .
