This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville Contracting Command, ahead of an anticipated procurement for Contractor services for repairs to non-operational security equipment consisting of four (4) portable skywatch towers, and preventative equipment maintenance service to maintain operational standards for four (4) portable skywatch towers, three (3) all- terrain vehicles, and two (2) speed radar trailers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance for which the Small Business size standard is $8.0 million. Solicitation will be posted to NECO on or about 10 January 2020. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFQ. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type purchase order. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number N6883620Q0053. This requirement will be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available electronically upon its release at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website, www.neco.navy.mil.
