THIS IS A PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE ONLY: This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The complete Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated release date of the RFQ is on or about 17 Dec 2019.The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced contract. No solicitation document exists at this time. The NCTC is acquiring instructor support services to carry out the training requirements for basic construction training to military personnel in the Army, Air Force and Navy assigned to construction occupational fields. Period of Performance is 1 Feb 2020 – 31 Jan 2021 and contains four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $11M. **This requirement is in the 8(a) program.
