This synopsis is being issued to collect information for an upcoming site visit (the week of July 23-26, 2019). Interested sources are requested to respond to this notice, no later than 10:00 AM (Eastern), Friday, May 3, 2019. Respondents are welcome and encouraged to submit a capability statement to robert.s.edwards1@navy.mil no later than the date and time specified above. Respondents are cautioned however, that their responses shall be limited to 10 pages, and one single attachment. Any page(s) above number 10 will be discarded.
