Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award to Securadyne Systems Southeast for Licensed LenelS2 Maintenance for the Naval Explosive Ordinance Disposal School, located in Panama City, FL under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This contract will provide for licensed and warrantied quarterly and annual maintenance. Qualified vendors for this requirement must be a Value Added Reseller (VAR) of LenelS2 equipment and be authorized by LenelS2 to service the accounts held by the above listed requiring activity. This contract is for a one (1) year base period with no options. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract for services, using the Simplified Acquisition procedures of FAR part 13, with an anticipated award date of 3 September 2019. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses to this notice must be in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.
