The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida (NAVSUP FLCJ) is hereby synopsizing an anticipated requirement for Full Food and Mess Attendant services for the Roy M. Wheat Galley located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, MS. This requirement is anticipated to be 100% set-aside for small business concerns with the intent to follow competitive procedures permitted under the Randolph-Sheppard Act (20 U.S.C. § 107), which gives priority to a blind service provider whose proposal is determined to be in the competitive range of proposals submitted. The NAICS code is 722310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. The projected period of performance is a base period of one (1) year, with four (4) one-year option periods beginning 01 October 2019. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. When the solicitation is posted it is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the FedBizOpps website (https://www.fbo.gov/) to download the solicitation and attachments. No paper copies of these documents will be issued. The expected issue date for the solicitation is on or about 07 August 2019. The expected date of contract award is on or about 26 September 2019. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. This synopsis is not a request for a proposal, and no proposal submitted in response to this synopsis will be evaluated.
