The required services are currently being performed by Goodwill Industries of North Florida. Goodwill Industries of North Florida is a nonprofit agency under the Committee for Purchase from People Who are Blind or Severely Disabled. The contract expires on 30 September 2019. Ability One maintains a Procurement List of products and services which have been placed in the JWOD Program, as identified in FAR Subpart 8.7. This requirement is listed on the Procurement List for Food Service Attendants. Therefore, services will continue to be procured through AbilityOne. The market research performed indicates Goodwill Industries of North Florida continues to be capable of performing this requirement and will be solicited on a non-competitive basis for this award, as the Ability One provider.
