The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 15 July 2019 through 14 July 2020. The FSC Code is V231. The NAICS Code is 721110, with a size standard of $32.5M. This requirement is for the Navy Medicine Operational Training Center Hospital Corpsman Trauma Training, Great Lakes (NMOTC DET HMTT Great Lakes) for the procurement of hotel lodging to accommodate temporary duty (TDY) enlisted personnel for training at Cook County Health and Hospital Systems in Chicago, Illinois and Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC). The solicitation will be available on or about 21 June 2019 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS Website at: https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. This is a Sources Sought notice to determine the availability of potential business sources, including small businesses, for a tentative requirement for Hotel Lodging in support of NMOTC DET HMTT Greatlakes. The contractor shall provide hotel rooms and training spaces for students attending onsite training for Navy Medicine Operational Training Center Detachment Hospital Corpsman Trauma Training, Great Lakes (NMOTC DET HMTT Greatlakes). Additional detailed information is provided on the attached draft Performance Work Statement(SOW). As part of its market research, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified interested small business Contractors capable of fulfilling this requirement as further described in the Draft SOW. The Government may use the responses to this notice for information and planning purposes. The Draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of supplies and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Quotations (RFQ). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract is anticipated. The anticipated period of performance is 15 July 2019- 14 July 2020 (plus four (4) one-year option periods). The Contractor may be required to travel to accomplish the analysis activities. Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this source sought notice via the submission of an executive summary, no more than five (5) pages in length. Responses must use twelve point Times New Roman font. In your response provide a brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft SOW will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. The submission should include the following information: 1) company name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address 2) DUNS number, business size and classification 3) relevant corporate experience information. Relevant corporate experience information is defined as experience (within the past five years) that is of the same or similar services to that which is described herein and a technical description of ability to meet the requirement (2 references). The corporate experience should include the applicable contract number, contract period of performance, a brief description of the services provided and the relevancy of the services to the proposed requirement. This Sources Sought notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of NAVSUP FLCJ’s market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ.
