This requirement is for the provision of Household Goods Shipment Services in support of Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, TX. NAVSUP Joint Personal Property Shipping Office-Southeast (JPPSO-SE) has a mission responsibility to provide Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Household Goods Shipment Services as needed on an ongoing basis in order to cover Department of Defense (DoD) personnel and employees, who are transferring on Permanent Change of Station (PCS)/Temporary Duty(TDY)/Temporary Additional Duty(TAD), retirement, separation and housing orders to and from NAS Corpus Christi, TX. The Department of Defense (DoD) pays for household goods shipments and other moving expenses so it can deploy its personnel where needed to mitigate adverse financial impacts on individual personnel and employees. Funding for this requirement will be made available on an as-needed basis through personnel and employees PCS/TDY/TAD, retirement, separation and housing orders. NAVSUP JPPSO-SE is in need of a follow-on Indefinite-Delivery contract to allow Ordering Officers to issue Task Orders to support military personnel and civilian employees in the movement of personal property in the Corpus Christi, TX area. Expected issuance of solicitation for offers will be around 08 April 2019.
