The Department of War Drug Demand Reduction Program seeks information on a consolidated non-personal maintenance services contract for Hamilton STAR and STARlet laboratory equipment at six DoW sites. This is an RFI for planning only, not an RFP/RFQ or a commitment to contract, and the government will not pay response costs or accept unsolicited proposals. The contractor would provide all-inclusive parts, labor, materials, travel, personnel, supervision, shipping, preventive and corrective maintenance, telephone support, hardware upgrades, and software updates/upgrades while maintaining equipment to OEM specifications in like-new or better condition. A draft Statement of Work is attached describing required tasks and deliverables. Interested parties should email a capability statement of no more than two searchable PDF pages, including specified cover-sheet company information and past performance, demonstrating ability to meet the SOW.
