This is a firm fixed-price solicitation for the testing, removal, and disposal of 752 hazardous waste compressed gas cylinders. The services will be performed at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida. The government will award to the responsible offeror with a conforming quotation deemed fair and reasonable, reserving the right to award without discussions or cancel the solicitation. Quotations must be submitted as a single email by 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on April 24, 2026. All prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
