Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) has a requirement for PAS in the greater Jacksonville Florida area. This procurement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14). All terms and conditions of the proposed purchase order are provided in the attachment RFP N6852024R0045, to include Statement of Work (SOW) (see Section C) and period of performance (see Section F). SOLICITATION INFORMATION Closing time and date is provided in the General Information section. This is a competitive request for quotes. The Government intends to award on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. BASIS FOR AWARD Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information provided. The award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price of proposals capable of meeting the requirements in the Statement of Work to a qualified vendor with an acceptable Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating. For this FFP procurement it is recommended the initial offer represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept eh proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
