N68520-24-R-0015- SOLE SOURCE- DMG MORI Repair and Preventative Maintenance- PSC J049- NAICS 333517- ISSUE DATE 17 SEP 2024- CLOSING DATE 20 SEP 2024- 4:00 PM Eastern TimeDescription of Services: The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), FRCSW has a requirement for the procurement of 1 year of Repair and Preventative Maintenance of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Machines. The Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services are to include, but not limited to, supplemental repair services and parts for manufacturing equipment owned by FRCSW. This equipment services and supports multiple FRCSW platforms that require the repair, overhaul, and manufacturing of aircraft parts for, but not limited to, FA-18 C/D/E/F/G, E2/C2, V-22, and H-53. It is anticipated that this effort will be awarded under the provisions and clauses applicable to this effort, which will be contained in the solicitation provided in negotiations, if applicable. Sole Source Procurement: The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source: DMG Mori Federal Services, Inc. (CAGE code 96XT6) 2400 Huntington Blvd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192. DMG Mori maintains proprietary keys to access software/data in their operating systems and does not issue those keys to third party sellers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
