This requirement is to procure the upgrade of the Cooling Turbine Test Stand located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC to include the removal of the existing system, design, acquisition, installation, integration, and testing necessary to successfully complete the delivery of an upgraded test stand.
