THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) has a requirement in support of Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRCMA), located in Norfolk, VA, to repair the Adjustable Freestanding Horizontal Rail and Ladder System (AFHLRS). The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, transportation and other items necessary to repair the AFHRLS in Hanger V-147 at FRCMA. The AFHRLS was manufactured by DBI-SALA, Model 853014, Serial number 131934. The full Performance Work Statement (PWS) can be viewed in the attached RFQ document. This effort is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. NAICS code for this announcement is 811310 with small business size standard of $12,500,000. Quotes only from small business concerns will be accepted. The resulting FFP award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award will be made to the lowest-price, technically acceptable offeror. Quotes must be received NLT 9AM EST on 11 September 2023.
