The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on the behalf of the Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) FAR Part 13 commercial service Indefinite Delivery Requirement Contract on a competitive basis overhaul and repair services for the General Electric (GE) TF34-100A Compressor Discharge Pressure (CD) Seal Honeycomb Part Number (P/N) 6037T40G01 and 5023T74G02, NAICS: 488190 - Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, PSC: J016-maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment- aircraft components and accessories. The ordering period for this Requirements contract will be for five years with anticipated start date on 8 July 2023. The place of performance will be in Orange Park, Fl.This action is being awarded on a competitive basis. As the Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM), GE is the sole manufacturer with proprietary rights to the drawings required to perform these services. The prints of these drawings are only releasable to GE certified sources of repair.
