This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this requirement is to provide the FRCSW with PM and Repair services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Set Aside: This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. NAICS code for this announcement is 325992. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by the closing date/time on April 25, 2023 3:00 PM EST. BASIS FOR SELECTION: Pursuant to FAR 12.602 contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Offeror’s submissions will be evaluated based upon the following: (1) Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met. (2) Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer based upon salient characteristics. Cost of Quotes: Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor’s sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government.
