This Notice is being provided to inform industry that this is the follow up to the Sources Sought posted under NOTICE ID: N68520-23-RFPREQ-613000K-0103. Background/Requirement: On 24 January 2023, Sources Sought was posted on SAM.gov where Command Fleet Readiness Center South West (COMFRC SW) was looking for a Contractor to accomplish their requirement with regards to procuring (1) DEPOT LEVEL ROTARY ELECTROMECHANICAL ACTUATOR SYSTEM (REMAS) by providing all parts, labor, and materials delineated and specified by the Statement of Work (SOW). Responses were due on 15 February 2023. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING COMPETED as a 100% small business set-aside based on the sources sought posting N6852022R0023. Anticipated Contract Type: The resultant contract is anticipated to be a single award (SA) C type contract with Firm Fixed Price CLINs for the products and supporting services, warranty and NSP for the Technical Data CLIN. Anticipated Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is 12 months, with 2 option years for repairs. Offerors may submit questions and/or comments requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist Ndidiamaka Umeh at ndidiamaka.n.umeh.civ@us.navy.mil and PCO Tiffany Crayle at tiffany.l.crayle.civ@us.navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 14 calendar days of the date this solicitation. The Government plans to provide answers to timely questions by 12:00 PM EDT on 18 April 2023. Offerors are cautioned not to include proprietary information in any questions because the Government may release it to all Offerors. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this RFP after the deadline and it is not the Government?s intention to extend the proposal due date to questions and answers received after the deadline. Please use the attached excel RFP Question Submittal Form and submit all questions via email to ndidiamaka.n.umeh.civ@us.navy.mil and tiffany.l.crayle.civ@us.navy.mil with, Response to RFP N68520-23-R-0023 Actuator RFP Question, in the subject line. Offerors shall submit their proposals through PIEE. Offerors have until 300PM EDT 28 April 2023 to submit their proposals. Proposal submissions has been extended to 12 May 2023 at 300PM EDT. Questions and answers has also been extended to 26 April 2023 1200PM EDT.
