On 25 January 2023, Sources Sought was posted on SAM.gov where COMFRC South West was looking for a Contractor to accomplish their requirement with regards to procuring (1) Depot- Level Electro-Mechanical Actuator System (EMAS) by providing all parts, labor, and materials delineated and specified by the SOW. Responses were due on 15 February 2023. Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing Amanda Taylor, Contract Specialist, at amanda.j.taylor80.civ@us.navy.mil or Tiffany Crayle, Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), at tiffany.l.crayle.civ@us.navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 14 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. The Government plans to provide answers to timely questions by 3:00 PM EDT on 18 April 2023. Offerors are cautioned not to include proprietary information in any questions because the Government may release it to all Offerors. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this RFP after the deadline and it is not the Government?s intention to extend the proposal due date to questions and answers received after the deadline. Offerors have until 300PM EDT 28 April 2023 to submit their proposals. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the date of proposal submissions. Proposal submission has been extended to 12 May 2023 at 300PM EDT. This will also be posted on SAM.gov.
