The Fleet Readiness Center Procurement Group Solomons, MD 20688 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures under FAR 13.106-1(a). The Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) has been tasked to maintain repair and overhaul Ground Support Equipment for various agencies. This is a Shipboard Tow Tractor material buy. The requirement is for 27 LIQUID LEVEL SWITCHES. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. All responsible sources shall submit a quote that includes the break out of parts, quantity and costs associated with those parts as listed here and in Section B of the drafted order. This submission will be open for a total of fourteen (14) calendar days August 1, 2023 300PM EST. Information received will be considered for the purpose of a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
