No other changes have been made to the Notice, Attachments, or Response/Submission due date/time. ********************************************************************************************************************** This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of Industry to provide the required services. This requirement was historically set-aside for Small Business Concerns and is currently being performed under Contract N00421-18-D-0006 with Spalding Consulting, Inc. The results of this sources sought will be utilized for market research and acquisition strategy refinement purposes to include determining if small business set-aside opportunities exist. It is estimated that any resultant solicitation will be released via beta.sam around 2nd Quarter FY22. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This requirement supports the mission of the PEO Common Systems (CS) Logistics Information Technology (IT) Group by providing resources and IT based tools to support internal customers across NAVAIR and external customers in planning, acquisition, and sustainment of Naval Aviation Integrated logistics and industrial support packages and enterprise analysis and planning. The PEO (CS) Logistics IT Group delivers and sustains existing systems and develops new IT solutions. This includes many types of services such as software applications, networking, database, data warehousing, and data analytic capabilities. The Government has a requirement for services to include Monthly Financial and Status Reporting; IT Requirements Analysis and Management; Risk Analysis and Management; IT Systems Engineering; IT Design and Development; Test and Evaluation; Quality Control; Data Analysis; Information/Cybersecurity; IT Training; Configuration Management; and IT Operations and Maintenance.
