Solicitation N68520-21-R-0025 is issued as a combined synopsis/sole source solicitation pursuant to FAR SubPart 12.603. The Government obtained approval to solicit, negotiate, and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Eaton Aerospace, LLC, under the authority of FAR SubPart 12.6 and FAR SubPart 13.5.
