The timeframe for questions on this solicitation has expired. The Government will accept questions regarding the solicitation but may not be answered formally. If an Offeror would like to submit questions, they shall be submitted via email to the following points of contact, the Contract Specialist at brandi.j.firestien.civ@us.navy.mil, Contracting Officer at jay.h.hughes.mil@us.navy.mil, and the Procuring Contracting Officer at tiffany.l.crayle.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions received may be answered and the Government?s sole discretion. The FRCSW has a follow-on requirement to the existing Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF);Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDlQ) contract (N68936-17-D-0026). The Production Support Services (PSS) will provide for augmented staffing of the Government workforce in support of maintenance on industrial plant and facilities equipment, and tool control/support services. Services will be provided to Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), North Island San Diego, California. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a single award (SA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort CLINs for services, and cost reimbursable CLINs for Other Direct Costs (ODCs) (Travel and Material). Individual task orders will be awarded for specific PSS requirements. All questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on the 21st calendar day after the date that this solicitation is issued on August 21, 2023. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure timely Government receipt in accordance with above. The Government is not responsible for responses to questions for which the Offeror did not receive submission confirmation from the Government. Responses to questions will be posted as an update to this announcement via this website. It is the Offerors? responsibility to monitor this announcement for further information.
