F414 Nozzle Test and Evaluation
This opportunity is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, so only qualified small business concerns may submit offers. The contractor must perform test and evaluation of the F414 Inlet Nozzle Bellmouth Assembly at their own facility, including inspecting the lamination coating, determining the cause of failure, and preparing a repair estimate. Key deliverables are a non-proprietary Test and Evaluation Findings Report, a repair cost quotation, and return shipping of the unit to COMFRC Aviation Support Equipment in Solomons, MD. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, requiring a capability statement that passes a technical evaluation before price is considered.
