The contractor must repair a legacy T-400 riveter through an iterative test-and-repair process, including initial inspection, serial troubleshooting, custom fabrication of components, and final testing to OEM standards. Deliverables include a repair and fabrication summary, the fully restored riveter unit, and a test/certification report. After the initial inspection, the contractor must provide the Government with an estimated timeline for completing the remaining repairs and final delivery. Evaluation will consider technical approach, price, and past performance.
