The Government intends a firm-fixed-price, sole-source award to Evident Scientific MIS, Inc. for a Nortec 700 Eddy Current Flaw Detector system with associated scanners, probes, and interface cables in support of the Navy’s ANIMAL Project at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast. Evident Scientific MIS, Inc. is the only known source, and substitutions may affect delivery, validation, and calibration. Offerors must be registered in SAM to be considered for award. Award is expected on 10 November 2026.
