The justification is that ANSYS is the only known source, as substitutions could render software inoperable and cause significant program impacts. The award is expected on May 8, 2026. While not a request for competitive quotes, capability statements from interested parties may be submitted for consideration within five calendar days of the synopsis publication. The government will not pay for any information received.
