This is a sources sought notice for Contractor Engineering Technical Services to provide training and technical guidance on the APY-9 radar and avionics systems for the E-2D aircraft. Approximately 99% of the work will be performed at Government sites, including Point Mugu, CA and Norfolk, VA. The Government anticipates awarding a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract and is seeking capability statements from businesses of all sizes to determine potential set-aside opportunities. Interested parties must submit a 10-page capability statement, which requires demonstrating access to Lockheed Martin proprietary technical data and relevant experience.
