This is due to the software's unique, specialized characteristics and because Sterling Computers is the only known source, as the required licenses and maintenance are on an existing contract with them. The award is expected on April 13, 2026. While this is not a request for competitive quotes, interested parties may submit a capability statement within five calendar days of the synopsis publication for consideration. The government will not pay for any information submitted.
