It seeks industry capability feedback on the draft Statement of Objectives and proposed acquisition strategy, with an anticipated five-year contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 (Engineering Services), and interested vendors must have an active SAM registration with that NAICS in their profile to be eligible for award.
