This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) for C-40 and P-8 aircraft avionics and airframes, with a single award Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract anticipated to start in FY27 Quarter 2 with a four-year period of performance. Services will be performed at various Fleet shore activities, requiring personnel assigned to Permanent Duty Stations. Interested parties must demonstrate access to Boeing proprietary technical data and computer software, either through existing licensing agreements or signed letters of intent, and must hold a valid CMMC Level 2 self-assessment. Capability statements are due by May 13, 2026.
