The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price (FFP) basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Lyme Computer System Inc, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Parts 12 and 13. Lyme is the only approved vendor for SolidWorks software under the mandated DoD ESI BPA and the maintenance is required for the currently owned SolidWorks licenses.
