Solicitation N68520-24-Q-0018 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and proposed contract on sole source basis to Larson Software Technology INC., under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Standard Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Viewer (NSIV) Program requires the renewal of Larson Software Technology software license and maintenance support. Larson Software Technology Inc., is the only known source for this requirement. All software licenses include Software Maintenance and the ability to access new Larson CGM to SVG SDK versions and releases as they become generally available for download and installation. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. See attached RFQ. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 10:00am on 5 March 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
