Please see attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N0001924R0072 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6 under NAICS Code 811310 with a size standard of $12,500,000. Period of Performance: Base: 7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025 Option Year 1: 7/1/2025 – 6/30/2026 Option Year 2: 7/1/2026 – 6/30/2027 Option Year 3: 7/1/2027 – 6/30/2028 Option Year 4: 7/1/2028 – 6/30/2029 The Contractor shall accomplish the maintenance and operation of real time radiography (RTR) system and digital radiography (DR) system in order to complete a nondestructive test (NDT) method to produce an image electronically rather than on film, so that very little lag time occurs between the item being exposed to radiation and the resulting image. Vendor must be factory trained by Waygate Technologies to qualify for this contract. This work will be located at Fleet Readiness Center FRCSE Bldg. 101, Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL. All quotes shall be submitted via email to Hannah Cha at hannah.s.cha.civ@us.navy.mil. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 29 MAY 2024. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
