Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Support Equipment Blount Island has a requirement for an annual IH Survey to assess organizational equipment, facilities, and practices to evaluate and remediate worker exposure to airborne and surface contaminants. The Period of Performance is one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Full Statement of Work (SOW) provided in Section C of the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) N68520-24-Q-0031. Instructions to Offerors: A complete submission must include: RFQ N68520-24-Q-0031 with Page 1, Boxes 30 a, b and c completed. Section B – Each ITEM No. priced. Statement of Experience – Not to Exceed Three (3) Pages Provide xxperience providing services comparable to the SOW. Solicitation Information: All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Carolyn Powell, at carolyn.a.powell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the “Offers Due” date and time shown under the General Information section. The Government intends to purchase this requirement on a firm-fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis under the authority of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services, and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. To be considered for award of any DoD contract, Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Basis for Award: Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will NOT be accepted. Your quote will be evaluated only on the information provided. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals capable of meeting the requirements in the SOW to a Qualified Vendor with an acceptable Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) rating. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
