The major depot level maintenance center for this requirement is located at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), Navy Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC. Solicitation N68520-22-C-0008 is issued as a combined synopsis/sole source solicitation pursuant to FAR SubPart 12.603. The Government obtained approval to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract on a sole source basis with TGW Systems, Inc., under the authority of FAR SubPart 12.6 and FAR SubPart 13.5.
