The Department of the Navy Command Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) located at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure 14 Spotting Dolly Hydraulic Hose Kits. The Government does not own nor can provide the technical data required to manufacture the kits. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement must be electronically submitted in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF) via email to Brandi Firestien, at brandi.j.firestien.civ@us.navy.mil. It is requested that interested, capable, and qualified vendors submit a capability statement (no more than 5 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum). The statement must address, at a minimum: 1. Confirmation that your company has all the Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) technical data required perform the inspections, repairs and maintain configuration control of the item. 2. Briefly identify your company’s experience in performing work of similar size and scope; 3. If your company intends to team with a qualified subcontractor, please provide an explanation of your company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking.
