Update: Anticipated award date for N68520-24-R-0034 is FY25 Q2. This Notice is being provided to inform industry that this is the follow up to the Sources Sought posted under NOTICE ID: N68520-24-RFPREQ-KN00000-0042. Background/Requirement. On 19 April 2024, Sources Sought was posted on SAM.gov where COMFRC South West was looking for a Contractor to accomplish their requirement with regards to procuring (1) Hydraulic Actuator Test Stand (HATS) by providing all parts, labor, and materials delineated and specified by the SOW. Responses were due on 10 May 2024. Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing Benjamin King, Contract Specialist, at benjamin.j.king14.civ@us.navy.mil or Amanda Taylor, Contracting Officer (CO), at amanda.j.taylor80.civ@us.navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 7 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. The Government plans to provide answers to timely questions by 12:00 PM EDT on 9 September 2024. Offerors are cautioned not to include proprietary information in any questions because the Government may release it to all Offerors. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this RFP after the deadline and it is not the Government’s intention to extend the proposal due date to questions and answers received after the deadline. Please use the attached excel RFP Question Submittal Form and submit all questions via email to benjamin.j.king14.civ@us.navy.mil and amanda.j.taylor80.civ@us.navy.mil with “N68520-24-R-0034 HATS RFP Question” in the subject line. This solicitation contains a Technical Data Package. All Offerors must submit a DD2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement to benjamin.j.king14.civ@us.navy.mil and amanda.j.taylor80.civ@us.navy.mil to receive the package. Once request is received and DD2345 is reviewed, the package will be sent to the Offeror via DoD Safe. Anticipated Contract Type: The resultant contract is anticipated to be a single award (SA) C type contract with Firm Fixed Price CLINs for the products and supporting services, and NSP for the Technical Data CLIN. Anticipated Period of Performance: The anticipated delivery date of the equipment is 24 months, with 4 option years for repairs. Proposals will be submitted utilizing PIEE. Offerors have until 12PM EDT 9 September 2024 to submit their proposals.
